The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline planning application for residential development for up to 123 houses;demolition of an existing house (74 Higher Road) and formation of access to Higher Road at Land at Higher Road, Longridge in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 3/2016/1082, dated 17 November 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by VH Land Partnership against Ribble Valley Borough Council.
