Land West of High House, Morpeth, Northumberland. All matters reserved except access to the highway. The application Ref 15/03172/OUT, dated 23 September 2015, was refused by notice dated 22 July 2016. The appeal is made by Country Homes and Estates (Northern) Ltd and Sadler Developments against the decision of Northumberland County Council
