The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission with all detailed matters reserved except access is granted for the erection of up to 110 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point from Henthorn Road at Henthorn Road, Clitheroe BB7 2QF in accordance with the terms of application Ref 3/2018/0688, dated 7 August 2018, subject to the attached schedule of conditions.
