The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a hybridapplication for up to 170 dwellings (Phases 3a, 3b, 3c) of which full planningpermission is sought for 44 dwellings (Phase 3a) and outline permission issought with all matters reserved except for access for up to 126 dwellings(Phases 3b and 3c), together with a secondary temporary access forconstruction traffic off Horncastle Road, Bardney at Land off Hancock Drive,Manor Farm, Lincolnshire LN3 5SR in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference : 131498, dated 16 June 2014. The appeal is made by Chestnut Homes(Ltd) (Mrs Rebecca Archer) against West Lindsey District Council.
