The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 175 residential dwellings (including 35% affordable housing) introduction ofstructural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’splay area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular accesspoint from Church Road and associated ancillary works on land between Gipping Road and Church Road, Stowupland, Suffolk in accordance with The Application Reference 3112/15, dated 26 August 2015 and the conditions in the attached schedule.The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against Mid Suffolk District Council.
