The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the residential development including affordable housing, public open space, localised land remodelling, compensatory flood storage and structural planning on land west of Langford Brook and east of railway line, Gavray Drive, Bicester. The application Ref 15/00837/OUT, dated 8 May 2015, was refused by notice dated 22June 2017. The appeal is made by Gallagher Estates, Charles Brown and Simon Digby against the decision of Cherwell District Council.
