The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 137no. units, including demolition of existing agricultural buildings and creation of vehicular access from the A49 Ludlow Bypass at Land at Foldgate Lane, Ludlow, Shropshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/04608/OUT, dated 10 October 2014, subject to the conditions set out in Appendix A of this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Mike Jones Richborough Limited against Shropshire Council.
