The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of a part eight, part nine storey development comprising of 253 residential units (128 one bedroom, 15 two bedroom and 10 three bedroom) together with the construction of an estate road and ancillary car and cycle parking and the landscaping of the east part of the site to form open space accessible to the public on land to the rear of the former Dylon International premises, Station Approach, Lower Sydenham London SE26 5HD. The Application Reference DC/15/04759/FUL1 dated 30 October 2015. The appeal is made by Mr Iain Hutchinson against the council of the London Borough of Bromley.
