The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for residential development up to 770 dwellings and convenience store (up to 4000 sqft) together with creation of new areas of public open space and drainage attenuation works with access taken off Thorpe Lane (A654) andDewsbury Road (A653), in accordance with application ref: 16/05981/OT, dated 23 September 2016. The appeal is made by The Sir Robert Ogden Partnership against Leeds City Council.
