The appeal be allowed and outline planning permission be granted for residential development of up to 200 dwellings including 40 self-build plots and 37 retirement apartments, affordable housing, community building (186 square metres) comprising flexible A1/D2 ancillary space, new public open space and new access roads. The permission should be subject to the planning conditions set out in the Schedule below in accordance withapplication ref: P1284/13/OUT, dated 22 August 2013.
