The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of 10 dwellings at land to the west of Culpepper Close, StationRoad, Isfield, East Sussex in accordance with the terms of the application Ref WD/2016/1718/MAO, dated 11 August 2016 and subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Mr M Tebbutt against the decision of Wealden District Council.
