The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 250 dwellings with associated access, pedestrian links, public open space,car parking, landscaping and drainage (all matters other than access reserved) at land off Coventry Road, Lutterworth, LE17 4FR in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 15/01665/OUT, dated 19 October 2015 subject to the conditions attached in Annex A. The appeal is made by Mulberry Property Developments Ltd against Harborough District Council.
