The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for outline planning application seeking all matters reserved except access for the principle of the proposed residential development on land to the south east of Church Street and south west of Attleborough Road, Great Ellingham, Attleborough NR17 1LE in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 3PL/2017/0265/O, dated 27 February 2017, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by Ms Kirsty Barnes of AHH Planning Consultants against the decision of Breckland District Council.
