The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 188 dwellings, provision of new access from B4066, landscaping and associated infrastructure on land at rear of Canonbury Street, Berkeley, Gloucestershire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S.14/0619/FUL, dated 10 March 2013 subject to the thirty conditions set out in Annex 1 to this Decision. The appeal is made by Charles Church Developments Ltd against Stroud District Council.
