The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings on site and the erection of a mixed use development comprising residential units and care home (Use Class C2 and C3) and ancillary facilities including railway crossing together with associated access, car parking and landscaping at land west of Brook Lane and south of A259, Angmering,West Sussex BN16 3JL in accordance with the terms of the application, RefA/44/17/OUT, dated 1 March 2017, subject to the conditions in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Store Property Investments Limited against the decision of Arun District Council.
