Appeal A – dismissed and planning permission is refused for up to 45 dwellings, public open space, SuDS attenuation with all matters reserved except for access into the site. The application Ref WA/2017/0104, dated 13 December 2016, was refused by notice dated 14 July 2017.
Appeal B – is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 23 dwellings, provision of public open space and SuDS attenuation with all matters reserved except access, in accordance with the application Ref WA/2017/1947, dated 5 October 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule A.
The appeals are made by Cove Construction Limited against the decision of Waverley Borough Council.
