The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for up to 100 dwellings (including up to 35% affordable housing), structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space, surface water attenuation, vehicular access from Botley Road, and associated ancillary works, on land off Botley Road, West End, Hampshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref O/15/76418, dated 30 April 2015, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 1. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against Eastleigh Borough council.
