The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development up to 92 dwellings including up to 50% affordable housing, demolition of the existing garages, landscaping, informal public space, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access from Berkeley Close and associated ancillary works, at land adjacent to Berkeley Close, South Cerney, Glos, GL7 5UN, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref.16/02598/OUT, dated 24 June 2016, and the plans submitted with it, as amended, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd. against the decision of Cotswold District Council
