The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for provision of 10 open market dwellings and 4 affordable dwellings, together with garages access road, parking, school car park and drop off zone, extension to school grounds, footpath, fencing, walling, landscaping, drainage infrastructure andother ancillary works at Land at Bentries Farm and Easton CP School, The Street, Easton, Woodbridge, IP13 0EB in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref DC/14/2244/FUL, dated 4 July 2014, subject to the conditions in Annex A. The appeal is made by Hopkins and Moore against Suffolk Coastal District Council.
