Back Lane, Holme-on-Spalding Moor

The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been dismissed for up to 175 residential dwellings (including 25% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access points from Back Lane and Baileywood Lane and associated ancillary works. All matters reserved accept the main site access’ off Back Lane and Baileywood Lane. The application Ref DC/16/02584/STOUT, dated 1 August 2016, was refused by notice dated 13 December 2016. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
