The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a residential development of up to 25 dwellings, including 10 affordable units, with public open space, a vehicular and pedestrian access point and associated landscaping on land to the west of Apostles Oak Cottage, Abberley WR6 6AD,in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 14/01122/OUT, dated 8 August 2014, and the submitted site plan, subject to the conditions set out in Appendix 1. The appeal is made by Mr D Mackay against Malvern Hills district Council.
