The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development comprising up to 95 dwellings and public open space on land to the south of Andrews Lane, Formby L37 2YH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref. DC/2016/01740, dated 31 August 2016, subject to the conditions in Appendix 1. The appeal is made by Mr Robin Buckley on behalf of Redrow Homes Limited against the decision of Sefton Council.
