The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development on land west of Anderson Close, Hill House Lane, Needham Market, Ipswich IP6 8EA in accordance with the terms of the Application, Reference .3679/13, dated 24 December 2013, subject to the conditions in Annex 1.The appeal is made by Mr Peter Haylock against Mid Suffolk District Council.
