The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of an existing dwelling and erection of up to 52 residential dwellings with associated vehicular access at land at and to the rear of 9 Church Road, Wickham Bishops, Essex CM8 3LA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref OUT/MAL/15/01342, dated 23 December 2015, subject to the conditions set out in the attached schedule. The appeal is made by MAZ Dev Limited against Maldon District Council.
