The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for up to 65 residential dwellings (including up to 30% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access point from Chilton Road and associated ancillary works. All matters to be reserved with the exception of main site access. The application Ref 15/02670/AOP, dated 30 July 2015, was refused by notice dated 21 December 2015. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments against the decision of Aylesbury Vale District Council.
