The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for residential development (C3) (all matters reserved except access) including the demolition of No. 7 The Paddock on Land to the south of and including No. 7 The Paddock,Lanchester, Durham, County Durham, DH7 0HW, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref DM/16/00871/OUT, dated 15 March 2016, and subject to the conditions as set out within the annex. The appeal is made by Mr Duncan McGregor on behalf of Beavertail Ltd. against the decision of Durham County Council.
