The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the demolition of the existing house and stables and construction of 32 new dwellings together with open space, landscaping and associated access road and parking and a new pedestrian link between Falmer Avenue and South Downs footpath at 6 Falmer Avenue, Saltdean, Brighton BN2 8FH in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref BH2014/03394, dated 7 October 2014, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision.
