Provision of public footpaths and cycle ways connecting Bucks Avenue to Footpath No 17 and the ecological enhancement of land to south east of the dwellings to include biodiversity enhancement, landscaping, wild flower meadows, the formation of ponds and a communal orchard.The application Ref 15/1895/FUL, dated 22 October 2015, was refused by notice dated 23 June 2016. The appeal is made by Clovercourt Fusion against Hertsmere Borough Council.
