The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been refused for the proposed residential development (up to 15no. new dwellings)(incorporating the replacement of the existing dwelling), on land at 30 Town Street, Sutton Cum Lound. The application Ref 16/00682/OUT, dated 28 November 2016, was refused by a notice dated 5 July 2017. The appeal is made by Mr & Mrs Summers against the decision of Bassetlaw District Council.
