The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission has been agreed for up to 135 residential dwellings (including up to 35% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access points from Langford Road and associated ancillary works on land between 103 and 27 Langford Road, Henlow, Bedfordshire. The application Ref CB/16/02721/OUT, dated 8 July 2016, was refused by notice dated 6 October 2016. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council.
