We have completed a planning promotion agreement for land at Langley Road on the edge of Wolverhampton, South Staffordshire.
The site is capable of delivering up to 400 dwellings and could enable expansion of the adjoining primary school.
We look forward to working with our consultants, South Staffordshire District Council and other stakeholders to release this 45 acre site from the green belt. It will deliver much needed quality homes in a great location.
