This site is a joint venture with Barberry.
In 2004 Richborough Estates and Barberry Properties secured the site via a sale and leaseback agreement Collins & Aikman. The site consists of approximately 135,000ft2 of purpose built industrial units and associated office buildings on a site totalling approximately 8 acres.

The sale and leaseback arrangement allowed the business to re-invest whilst providing the joint venture with a rental income whilst promoting the site for a change of use to residential. The site has excellent long-term prospects for residential use and the joint venture sold the site in 2007 to a private investor.
