Enhanced Specification
Purchasers will be given a wide choice of quality wall tiles to kitchen, bathroom, shower room and cloakroom.
As construction time permits and upon payment of a non-refundable deposit, purchasers will be able to arrange an enhanced electrical specification, additional kitchen appliances, choice of laminate finish to ground floors, extra tiling etc.
