Richborough Estates controlled circa 7 acres of land off Hyde Lane in the picturesque village of Kinver, South Staffordshire.
We successfully secured a proposed allocation for circa 45 houses in the emerging South Staffordshire Site Allocations Document, and were granted outline planning consent in 2018.
Less than a year later respected homebuilder Elan Homes became our development partner. They are delivering The Hyde, a collection of 45 two and three-bedroom family homes including affordable properties. The Hyde has a sought after location close to countryside, transport links and the shops and amenities of Kinver.
