Richborough Estates is promoting two parcels of land in Dunton Bassett, one located to the west of Broughton Lane, and the other located to the south of Coopers Lane.
We are working closely with the Parish Council and the District Council in order to secure allocations for residential development on these sites, and believe they have a respective capacity of around 50 dwellings.
The development of these sites will bring with them benefits such as the provision of affordable housing, public open space and biodiversity enhancements, to name but a few.
