An outline planning application was submitted in June 2013 for up to 180 family homes on the land bound by Black Firs Lane, Chelford Road and Holmes Chapel Road to the west of Congleton. The land comprises 26 acres of agricultural land and forms part of a strategic allocation in Cheshire East Council’s emerging Local Plan. Planning permission was approved on 2nd April 2014 and permission was granted on 19th August 2014.
We are pleased to confirm that on 22nd February 2017, Cheshire East Council’s Strategic Planning Board resolved to grant planning permission for our proposed residential development off Black Firs Lane and Back Lane. Further details will be provided in due course
