Bottesford

Richborough Estates are promoting a 5.75 hectare site to the North of Bottesford, Leicestershire, accessed of Normanton Lane. The proposal is for residential development of approximately 88 dwellings of varying size (2, 3 & 4-bed) including 37% affordable housing, extensive areas of public open space and a 30 bay car park to serve Bottesford Railway Station.

 UPDATE – On the 28th September 2017, Planning Committee resolved to grant planning permission subject to the completion of a s106 agreement. The site is set to be marketed by Fisher German (Ashby office) in Q4 2017 – please contact Luke Brafield.
