Paul Campbell
Paul has almost 20 years of experience in contracting, consultancy and development and has been responsible for project managing significant mixed use, retail and commercial schemes.
Paul joined Richborough Estates in 2004 and during this time gained an excellent track record in identifying and negotiating strategic land, managing it successfully through the planning process and ultimately to disposal.
Paul is passionate about strategic land and believes the ever changing national and local policies present a real opportunity to those that are able to be continually responsive to its challenges. Paramount to his approach is ensuring that landowner's assets are maximised, and he strives to be pro-active and collaborative in his approach with officers of the Council and the local community.
Mike Jones
Mike joined the business in 2010 but began his professional planning career 30 years ago at Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council where he spent almost a decade. Moving into the private sector in 1990, Mike initially set up and managed a town planning and development consultancy. He joined Crest Nicholson plc. in 1997 to establish a new strategic land facility covering the Midlands region.
In 2001 Mike joined a newly-established development company called Oakmoor Estates, initially as land and planning director before being promoted to managing director in 2005.
During his time at Oakmoor he was responsible for acquiring and project directing a number of regeneration projects, including the redevelopment of a historic former coaching hotel in Lichfield, the former head post office in Coventry and the development of the £130 million mixed use Belgrade Plaza scheme also in Coventry City Centre.
Danny Parkinson-Witte
Danny studied Spatial Design at Bournemouth University and upon graduation, went on to complete a BA Hons in furniture & 3D & Spatial design, courses that fostered his keen interest in property development and design. He has been involved in a number of development projects and raised Richborough’s profile by promoting the business to landowners and agents.
Karl Parkinson-Witte
Karl founded Richborough Estates in 2003, and until recently has undertaken an investor role. Since his exit from another related business, Karl has become more actively involved in the day-to-day running of Richborough Estates.
Robert Mitchell
Robert works alongside the company’s Land Directors co-ordinating information to identify and appraise strategic sites. Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a M.Sc. in Spatial Planning he went on to work within Birmingham City Council before joining Richborough Estates in 2010.
Since joining Richborough, Robert has been involved with several major planning applications. Robert is constantly seeking prospective sites, meeting with landowners, Councillors and Local Planning Authorities to organise and manage applications through the complexities of the planning process.
Robert is an individual who is fascinated by the planning system and enjoys challenging it. The purpose is always to obtain successful outcomes for the benefit of communities and landowners, enabling both to evolve and prosper. Personal interests involve several country pursuits and an interest in aviation.
