Bewdley Road, Stourport
In 2004 Richborough Estates and Barberry Group secured the Bewdley Road site via a sale and leaseback agreement with Collins & Aikman. The site consists of approximately 140,000ft2 of purpose built industrial units and associated office buildings on a site totalling approximately 8 acres.
The site provided the joint venture with a rental income as it promoted the land for a change of use to residential. The site has excellent prospects for residential use and the joint venture sold the site in 2007 to a residential developer.
