greenfield land
Greenfield land is a term used to describe undeveloped areas of a city, town or rural area, either used for agriculture, grazing, open space or left to naturally evolve. These greenfield areas are usually agricultural or amenity properties, for example our Sandbach site or part of our Biddulph site, which are being considered for urban development. Greenfield land can be unfenced open fields.
